Coffee Trailer
Due to the nature of freshly prepared beverages and food items, we do not accept returns once an item has been made and served. However, we are happy to address any issues on the spot. Please contact a team member immediately if:You received the wrong item,your order was prepared incorrectly,there is a problem with the quality of your order.
Online Store
Our online store includes merchandise, packaged coffee digital gift cards, and other non-perishable items.
a. Packaged Coffee- NO RETURN
b. Merchandise (Mugs, Apparel, etc.)

Can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery. Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.Exchanges subject to stock availability.Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations

Trailer orders: Cannot be canceled once prepared.

Online orders: Can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet shipped.
